Open another browser window and Go to http://imageshack.us/ Then upload your photo. Copy the URL you receive (usually the lowest line/URL in image shack). Now go back to your original browser window with your forum post and click on the insert image in the post box and paste the URL from image shack or whatever image host you use and click ok. Your image(s) should appear in your post.
