Here is a bat house mounted by the staff at Presque Isle State Park in Erie Pa. It has a sign from Bat conservation International attached to the post to help educate the public.

There are about 100 little brown bats roosting behind the siding of this southwest corner. This building is used for educational purposes so the bat house is located in a perfect spot!

Here is guano under the siding where the bats enter and exit. Sometimes in the afternoon you can look up and see them.

Here is closer view........it has six crevices and is well ventilated......I'm guessing it will be occupied by late July or August given how close it is to the maternity colony in the building.
