Below find my first prototype Foam Rocket Bat House (early building stages) designed for a 4x4 post. It is made with 1.5 inch reflective foam insulation. This foam rocket should be completed this month at which time I shall post the finished product. This bat house will soon be installed in Orange Massachusetts at a post exclusion site which has bats utilizing bat houses mounted on a home. Photos do not show spacers which have not yet been installed. The bat house is designed to be light weight and potentially upgradable (increasing its capacity) if all goes well.....
