Marvin Maberry is making some experimental rocket box-like houses with outer chambers that can be filled with sand. These are based on his successful Belfry Tower II models. We are hoping the 12 pounds of sand in the outer chamber will help stablize temperatures, and we will be field-testing a few of these "sand boxes" across the US.
