1. Options are don't sell the tower.

2. Just sell the sections above the house, 70 feet. Will taking the top sections off scare the bats out.

3. Lower the bat house from 22 feet to 20 feet after taking the top 80 feet off. Again will this scare the bats away.

Number three is the preferred

There over thirty bats in my house.

Hey Marc is there any way you can wait for tne fall to relocate the bat house! Most of the bats should leave for hibernation and or a seasonal migration depending on species. Yes option 3 is likely to scare them tho it is possible some might return in time. :mrgreen:
