Anybody in the forum from Minnesota?
I would like to see a bat house setup if I could.
I live about 30minutes drive north of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis/St.Paul.
I just registered in the forum because I plan to put up a bat house this spring. (still haven't chosen one yet)For 2-3 years now I have this pesky bat that has taken up roosting in the corner of my porch so I know there is at least ONE around. I'd prefer he move into my bat house and not leave his guano all over my porch.
I have a small pond very close to my house, and about 1billion mosquito's that some bats could maybe help me out with.
Just wondering if anyone is in my area? ....and his having success with their house.
Yak welcome to the BHF, if you put up a well designed bat house the odds are with you of attracting bats especially considering your situation of already having a roosting bat near your digs.
