Greetings bat enthusiast, I thought I should introduce myself here. First of all, I go by Sam. I have a building that I put 2 bat houses on, but I have yet to attract any bats to the houses at the time I am typing this message. I hope to attract some bats this year. I have purchased a mercury vapor light and have had quite of bit of success with attracting insects, moths, treefrogs and lizards, but no bats.
I do have a pair of MFTs that fly over my pond just after dark for a few moments and then fly off to the east and disappear for the rest of the night (that I know of).
